This hotel is in a convenient location within a popular area to catch a single bus line from a nearby station. It also offers a relatively secluded ambiance, and is near a bus stop. Guests can enjoy large, modern rooms with an indoor hot spring, as well as an incredible multi-course meal in their private cubicle dining area. the staff is very polite, friendly, and accommodating.
Some staff members may have difficulty communicating in English, which may occasionally cause communication issues.

The location of the hotel was great, only a short walk from the main bus stop and close to several shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay. The private onsen was a wonderful addition to our room, and we enjoyed using it several times during our visit. , the meals in the hotel were delicious and well-crafted.
The hotel lacked some necessary amenities. There was no English-speaking staff, which made communication difficult.

My Christmas stay was amazing! The room was huge and beautifully decorated, with an incredible private onsen and balcony. The highlight was the traditional Japanese dinner, beautifully presented, full of flavor and with fresh ingredients. The location was convenient too, a short walk from a bus stop and close to many attractions.
The temperature in the room was a bit difficult to control, and the staff was hard to reach after hours. The beds were quite firm, which wasn't the most comfortable for sleeping. it was a bit pricey, but considering the size of the room, the luxurious amenities and the delicious food, I would say it was worth it.
